Ruth Ellen Larson Taylor, 90, of Mt. Hebron Road, Hartwell, passed away Saturday, December 14, 2019 at St. Mary's Hospital, Athens.

Mary Parsons, 81, of Dewy Rose, died Dec. 11, 2019. A memorial service will be held at a later date by the family. Strickland Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Hartwell is in charge.

Inman Evans, 81, of Hartwell, died Dec. 17, 2019. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 19, at the Strickland Funeral Home in Hartwell.

Bob Fowler, 83, of Royston, died Dec. 16, 2019. Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Dec. 19, in the Pruitt Funeral Home Chapel in Royston.

Jerry Louis Blackwell, 53, of Bowman, died Dec. 16, 2019. At Jerry’s request, no services will be held. Berry Funeral Home & Crematory of Elberton is in charge of arrangements.

Wanda Bryant, 52, of Lavonia, died Dec. 16, 2019. A funeral service was held Dec. 18, in the Pruitt Funeral Home Chapel in Royston.

Jim Jenkins, Jr., 71, of Athens, died Dec. 11, 2019. Service will be at 2 p.m. Jan. 18, at Chapelwood U.M.C. in Athens. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Chapelwood U.M.C.

David Standridge, 72, of Carnesville, died Dec. 14, 2019. A memorial service will be at a later date. Strickland Funeral Home of Lavonia is in charge of arrangements.

Helen Coile, 75, of Royston, died Dec. 11, 2019. Funeral service was held Dec. 13. Pruitt Funeral Home in Royston was in charge of arrangements.
