Ms. Shelby Jean Lacy, 82, of Hartwell, passed away Tuesday, September 1, 2020 at her home.

Wayne Bagwell, 61, of Carnesville, died Sept. 7, 2020. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Sept. 10, at the chapel of the Strickland Funeral Home in Lavonia.

Perry “Rick” Lewis Rucker, 59, of Elberton, died Sept. 4, 2019. A funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Sept. 12, at Mack’s Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Elberton Chapel.

Randy Leon Gosnell, 66, of Royston, died Sept.  4, 2020. The family will receive friends from 1 to 3 p.m. October 3, at Coile and Hall Funeral Directors, 333 E.

Donna Moss, 63, of Lavonia, died Sept. 3, 2020. A memorial service was held Sept. 5, at the chapel of Strickland Funeral Home in Lavonia.

Danny Elrod, 69, of Lavonia, died Sept. 3, 2020. A private family service was held Sept. 8, at the chapel of Strickland Funeral Home in Lavonia.

Margaret Peltier, 98, of Hartwell, died Sept. 6, 2020. The family will host a private memorial gathering in Michigan at a later date. Coile and Hall Funeral Directors, 333 E.

Alice Leming, 77, of Canon, died Sept. 3, 2020. A funeral service was held Sept. 6. Pruitt Funeral Home in Royston was in charge of arrangements.
